  I brought my 96 year old mother here. Her initial assessment was thorough and all her questions and mine were answered. The staff here has been kind and considerate. That's very important when dealing with elderly clients. If my mom has a problem with her hearing aid she is given prompt service. The entire staff is exceptional. I'm glad she got her hearing aids from this Miracle Ear location.

  Maura and Scott have been wonderful to work with over the last couple of years. Through various trials and tribulations with my hearing devices, they have been there almost immediately to help, and rectify every situation with a smile. Thoroughly professional, and would recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone having hearing difficulties.

  My experience at Miracle Ear, 14th St., Bradenton, was very positive from the very start. (This is actually Robin, the client, and Rodney's wife.) Maura is very efficient, extremely personable and fun to speak with. Scott Barefoot has those same traits, along with putting us at ease, explaining everything in terms we could understand, and answering our many questions. I recommend them highly. FIVE STARS for sure, and a #10 rating!

  Maura was GREAT!! She worked with me to get my mother new ears as the ones she had were wearing out and no longer working as well as they had in the past. Mom has her new ears now and she is very happy she can hear better once more. And the new ones have more features than her old ones did for answering her phone and such. All around great experience and no pressure.

  Exceptional service was given by the doctors with great detail payed to the patient's (customer's) needs. During the initial process my parents well pleased, and over the years even when staffing changes occured the services remained consistent. Monthly or bi-monthly appointments were efficiently done, also whenever an unscheduled problem arises they were always available to help. Maura the receptionist is pleasant and easy to get along with, always willing to listen and try to assist. During one past visit the attending physician pointed out an ear infection directing us to the primary medical provider for verification, recommending antibiotic treatment. Ongoing visits were always just as proactively positive, maintaining the equipment and assuring that they function optimally. Not readily visible in the Cortez Plaza this small shop is unassuming but grandiose in service. During the holidays and for special events the office location is decorated for the occasion, providing refreshing customer amenities.
