  First 2 visits smooth 3 rd visit I didn't eat so apparently made me feel real nauseous sweating but they helped me through it and finished the 3rd donation but says 55 bonus after secound drawal never received it then called today and some snotty lady who wouldn't allow me to talk just bulldozed the conversation didn't want to hear what I had to say . First bonus was supposed to be 55 after secound Because I signed up on the app etc .. then that wasent the case apparently so I looked up kedplasma on Facebook And there's bonuses to anotherab.. which I thought the bonus was for ked plasma then Terrance said we do offer similar bonuses see me after deposit but it was late and I had a problem during like I said so just called oh he's not here and I'm not listening to what you have to say, so overall experience been good till this so I'm not going to return and I know that this location will be thrilled as you can see for yourself not stating to not donate here just my experience and thanks to the lady that handled my last phone call great social skills ...

  Yesterday evening I experienced a deeply concerning and unacceptable incident at KEDPLASMA in Bradenton that could have had serious consequences for my health and safety. Due to what appears to have been clear negligence by an employee, the tubing on the plasmapheresis machine was not properly connected. As a result, for several minutes my blood was being actively pumped onto the floor and surrounding surfaces rather than circulating through the machine as intended. Had I not happened to look over at the machine when I did, the situation could have escalated into a far more dangerous medical emergency. By the time I was able to take the attached photo, a significant portion of the blood that had been lost had already been cleaned up. While the technician responsible appeared genuinely remorseful for the mistake, the response from management was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager on duty, Terrance, displayed a complete lack of professionalism and concern. At no point did he ask whether I was physically okay, acknowledge the seriousness of what had occurred, or offer any apology on behalf of the facility or his staff. Instead, his demeanor suggested he was more irritated by the inconvenience of being informed about the incident and by my request to still be compensated for the donation appointment that could not be completed—through absolutely no fault of my own. Given the circumstances, the lack of concern for donor safety and well-being was both alarming and unacceptable. While I understand that mistakes can occur in any workplace, this is the type of error that simply cannot happen in a medical setting where donor safety depends entirely on proper procedures and attentive oversight
