- TSTracy SuttonJan 29, 20261.0HISC bullies their clients into 10 hour a week minimum which is NOT okay. If a family just needs 5 hours a week & want to split that up let them. Especially if their senior is in a ALF becasue the CNA & or carryover has very little to do. Not to mention they charge the client $25-$35 an hr, but their employees may not make half of that per hour.
