- JLJeff LabordaSep 8, 20175.0I'm 53 and have pretty severe lumbar (L1-L3) bone deterioration with one ruptured disk and others bulging, all into the spinal cord. All of this was discovered just a short time back on an MRI that I was prescribed due to severe, debilitating lumbar pain that put me out of work for over a week. There are few options for treatment and I am not interested in surgery if it can be avoided or delayed. I went to see Dr. Schwartz who has special training in neurology that no other chiropractors in our area seem to have, along with about 30 years of experience. He was very professional and gentle in his treatment manor, and put me through a comprehensive neuro evaluation on my first visit. My regular doctor was pleased when he heard this news and encouraged me to continue to see Dr. Schwartz to see how my body responds. My treatment is going great with better than expected results considering I have not been in treatment all that long yet. He is also beginning to work with me regarding weight loss which should help in mediating pain in the future and of course be good for my overall health. His office assistant is also very nice and professional. I recommend Dr. Schwartz with confidence. Give him a try!
