For months I was in agony with severe left-leg pain that radiated from a herniated disc—it was completely debilitating and left me mostly bedridden. Dr. Zamikoff (“Dr. Z”) and the entire staff were amazing from day one. They truly cared and took excellent care of me. On my first visit, Dr. Z recommended an MRI so we could see exactly what was going on. The scan showed a severely herniated disc in my lower back that was pinching the nerve and causing all the leg pain. He was confident the spinal decompression machine could fix it without surgery, so we started the recommended treatment plan right away. The results have been life-changing. By the end of the treatments I was already significantly better, and about one month after finishing the sessions I became 100% pain-free—and I’ve stayed that way for over 6 months now! My back feels stronger than it has in years. I think the nerve just needed extra time to fully heal after being compressed for so long. Dr. Z really knows his stuff, and the whole team is kind, professional, and supportive. They gave me my life back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🙏
