The will destroy your veins, they will curl your veins...they will re stick and re stick you , like your some sort of voodoo doll of their Ex. They stuck me twice today and didn't even pay me, I was fully hydrated and have never had a problem in Tampa or any other plasma donation centers. They have completely ruined my veins and possibly caused permanent damage for the rest of my life. If you think I'm exaggerating, read the recent reviews. I didn't want to write this, but for the safety of the public im WARNING EVERYONE to be aware of the medical malpractice happening here.. I mean we even have girls walking around with shower caps sticking needles into people. We have certain staff members committing HIPPA violations daily, I will not explain further due to staff retaliation concerns.( Not all) But they are only polite by accident cause you feel the hostility and the tension when you have even a slight or minor complaint. Their is no accountability whatsoever , this place could be your final resting place if you dont adhere to MY WARNING. They will gossip and chatter as they proceed to stick you with needles playing derogatory type of music like its a social lounge. This place is a shame to all who work and visit here, it's close proximity to downtown leaves you wondering why it is NOT SHUT DOWN YET.

There was a few different occasions that it took me over 3 hours to donate once hooked up due to my machine saying no flow and and after 15 minutes to get someone to help fix it to only continue no flowing. That's not the worst part. I continue to get infiltrated and have to get stuck again to get my blood back. This last time getting infiltrated and having to get stuck again in my other arm to only get infiltrated again, so now both my arms have been infiltrated. So I get none of my blood back and am not allowed to come back for 56 days like some kind of punishment as if it's my fault. Then for the phlebotomist to huff and puff with an attitude as if it were my fault was the cherry on top. Does anyone know anyplace with better experienced phlebotomist that are not so mean?
