I'm writing this because Ruthann has suffered 2 strokes and is not capable of posting it. However, she really loves Fran and her warm heart that brings a smile to Ruthann each time Fran is there. Fran is very professional and takes care of Ruthanns needs in a kind, caring, loving way. I hope that Fran recieves the recognition she much deserves. We love you Fran and thanks for doing a great job.

- EPEllen PowellSep 30, 20255.0Our CarePro, Alana has been nothing but a blessing for the care of my mother who suffers from dementia. We are also happy to have Ricardo as well when Alana is not available. The two of them are fantastic! Alana is patient and kind and understands what is required to motivate my mother to get dressed and leave the house with her for lunches, walks or errands. Without Alana, my mother would stay home all day, sleeping in her chair, still dressed in her daygown. Alana has also been an excellent communicator for Doctor's appointments and necessary trips like that. She collects the paperwork and submits it through the office so I am able to provide that to the long term insurance company who requires it for ongoing coverage. Ricardo is also wonderful. He's patient and friendly and works well with my mother. Ricardo gets my mother up and out to services each Friday, something we really appreciate to ensure she remains active in our Jewish Community. We are so grateful to have Alana and Ricardo as my mother's CarePros. Thank you!
