  HISC bullies their clients into 10 hour a week minimum which is NOT okay. If a family just needs 5 hours a week & want to split that up let them. Especially if their senior is in a ALF becasue the CNA & or carryover has very little to do. Not to mention they charge the client $25-$35 an hr, but their employees may not make half of that per hour.

  This is our 1st time with Home Instead. We have never had anyone come in & take care of us like this. 'Lovely' is excellent & we have requested her to be our person who comes every time. There are not enough words to explain how much this help means. Again, thank you, and can't wait to have 'Lovely' come back

  We are so grateful for our Home Instead caregivers. Kim, Karen and Kay are like the dream team. They have been helping us care for my mother who has pancreatic cancer and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them. They are thoughtful and caring and really know how to take care of her.

  For several years, our agency has used Home Instead for 24-hour care for one of our clients. Linda E, Valley, Michelle B., Fran L., Pam, and Barb (hope I got them all) maintain a wonderful home for her and provide excellent care, both physically and emotionally. They also make sure her beloved pets are well cared for, too, which is vital to our circumstances. Over the years, there have been challenges; our gal can be a challenge. Still, through excellent communication with Home Instead and dedication to ensuring our client is always satisfied, the challenges become a learning curve that helps us find the perfect caregivers for our client. The caregivers are like family, and I know, in my heart, that our client is cared for as such. From scheduling to management, they have always been very accommodating and accessible. It truly has been a beautiful collaboration and has made my life a little less stressful, and our client feel loved.
