GNC aims to inspire people to live well. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge, efficacious ingredients and products they deserve.
Why is this place even still open? Even placed next to two popular gyms I would imagine traffic here has to be slow.. just from the state of the store and the vacant employees alone
It’s depressing and grim in there.
How does such an industry titan fall to being the way this store it? Don’t waste your time with the employees who have no interest or desire in anything fitness related and take your business to Vitamin shoppe one road over who’s manager is actually passionate and informed about product.
GNC is dying and it’s because of experience like this.

This is literally the LAST place on earth to buy sports/health supplements, vitamins, etc. Poor selection, way overpriced. Went to this location on Sat, 2.28.26 and the store was CLOSED!? Sign on door said “will return at 1:30p”, however, it was 1:45p and inside lights were off & no employees to be seen. How does a retailer close down their store in the middle of the busiest shopping day of the week?? Not to mention the complete lack of punctuality to your own sign on the door. Epic FAIL!

This is a phone experience. And I have been in your shop in person. Both of my experiences were a zero!!! You need to upgrade the people you hire. They are not knowledgeable nor are they friendly. Your shelves are practically empty. The customer is never greeted. Your clerk is either reading a book or fiddling with his phone. I have had a career in Human Resources as well as a Masters degree. So I know a little about job requirements as well as personality. So in this case, if you can’t get by the “clerk” —- then you will not sell any products. “That store is a “loser”!!!!!!
