- EBEarl BowlinSep 19, 20251.0This is a phone experience. And I have been in your shop in person. Both of my experiences were a zero!!! You need to upgrade the people you hire. They are not knowledgeable nor are they friendly. Your shelves are practically empty. The customer is never greeted. Your clerk is either reading a book or fiddling with his phone. I have had a career in Human Resources as well as a Masters degree. So I know a little about job requirements as well as personality.So in this case, if you can’t get by the “clerk” —- then you will not sell any products. “That store is a “loser”!!!!!!
