  Great staff, very compassionate, empathetic and kind and knowledgeable. It was a smart move to switch to this endocrinologist.

  This business it’s ridiculous. Made multiple calls regarding a mistake with my appointment. No one answers and the phone just disconnects. Text message for appointment says you can respond by text, which I did, but nobody responds. Apparently, they have until the end of the day or the next day to respond to your phone call. This type of patient care does not work for me. It is difficult enough to deal with medical insurance. I don’t need this type of treatment from my medical provider’s office as well. Finally got in touch with someone in the afternoon after AI answered my call and I asked to speak to a human being. That person sounded as if they were reading off a script that they are a business and they are seeing patients all day as if that is a good reason why nobody answers the phone and it disconnects. Just an update, I received a phone call back from Eric who stated he was calling me regarding my complaint. He stated someone called me within 2 hours of my initial calls and that is reasonable for his office standard of care. When I told him nobody ever got back, actually I had to keep calling he began to argue and would not allow me to speak. When I disagreed with him and told him that his standard of care really has room for improvement he kept arguing and speaking over me, until finally I ended the call. Stephanie then proceeded to send me a text canceling my appointment. I called back to inquire about the text because I had, had blood work done and was to have a follow up with my provider who did the bloodwork in order to start my HRT. Eric answered the phone and said I have been dismissed from the practice because of my complaints. Never have I ever experienced anything like this.

  I was looking at 12.7 A1c. Bad numbers. Glucose was at 311. I saw an ad on Facebook for this clinic. I went to the seminar, was greatly educated ,my insurance was going to cover my treatment. I started this treatment at the end of March 2024. Today is August 19th, My A1C is 6.8 and my glucose is 120. Their treatment works really well. They are a great group of professionals that I enjoy seeing every Monday. From Stephanie who schedules appointments and takes care of your charts to the practitioner Sherise, the nurses Melissa and Cam are as sweet as they can be getting you set up for your treatment. They are all fun and they really know their stuff. You will not be sorry getting this treatment. I am a lot healthier and I've lost a little bit of weight too.

  Florida Diabetes Relief is an “answer to prayer”. The staff at Florida Diabetes Center help my mother with her diabetes. Her results have been unbelievable. The care she has received, and the professionalism are TOP NOTCH. The entire staff are VERY knowledgeable about diabetes, and help communicate the steps that will take to help my mom be successful. MANY thanks to the caring staff at Florida Diabetes Relief Center, and THANK YOU for changing my mom’s life!!!!!!!
