  The care provider was very good but office staff and the person who took my vitals were less than attentive. Got there at 8:00 am, was the first person and still waited an hour.

  Super friendly staff. The wait was a bit long, but I didn’t check in prior to arriving. Once I was able to see the nurse practitioner, I was in and out. I’ve taken my daughter here twice before and had great experiences both times, as well. Definitely recommend.

  The worst experience of my life. Reserved spot for 1:20! Got there at 1:05 they called me back at 1:40. It was 2:30 and I was still waiting. I went outside the room to ask the 2 workers on triage and they made fun of me and told me that it was okay for me to leave. I went there because I was sick, and they took people that got there after me justifying that they did their paperwork faster. Funny because I did my paperwork online before 1:00 pm. The bad part is how the workers made fun of me.

  The level of care and personal attention from The staff of AFV Lakewwood Ranch, FL is superb! All the staff members have always treated me and my family with kind and professional care. I really like the way they followed up after my visit with concerns from a test result. They asked if I had followed up with a recommended visit to the local hospital ER. I said I had and that my treatment there had remedied the problem. The treatment required hospitalization, which is beyond the scope of the AFC facility. That recommendation for more advances treatment saves me from more serious health issues. The only thing that concerns me when visiting this facility is that they seem to be chronically short staffed. They need a capability to backfill when a staff member is not able to work due to their own health issues or other personal life events. Not an easy problem to solve, however, that capability would have a positive impact on employee morale and fatigue as well as customer satisfaction. Thank you for a great service and professional staff.

  found the front office staff, except for the blonde on the far right, very snippy and disinterested in my failed effort to login an appointment on your app. I explained that I had done everything I was supposed to do and all of a sudden was told that there was a technical failure. Also, I explained that I had a 4:20 appointment and a snippiest one said “we don’t make appointments. We save a space.” You’ll have an hour to an hour and a half to wait. Even though I was there at 4:20. It was off putting and I will not return.
