For 3 months, not one staff member clearly told me to stop treatment and consider a root canal first to potentially save the tooth. Only after everything went wrong was I told another procedure had supposedly been recommended beforehand. When I came back with concerns, I was told the crown was done “perfectly” and was even met with, “Well, did you not read it?” regarding the tooth numbers. As a disabled patient, I should have been able to trust this office to communicate properly and treat me responsibly, not be left questioning negligence after losing a tooth. Very expensive and very disappointing experience.
