  Not only the doctor, but the service staff here at the Hagan Ranch location are phenomenal. Takes their time to answer questions, make sure you’re comfortable with your purchase, everything fits when you pick up your glasses. They’re friendly & professional all in one. Will continue coming back! The doc also deserves a shout out on her extreme patience for a new time progressive needing client as to ensure we were going the right route for me & explaining all my options thoroughly 🙌🏼🫶🏼

  Just be aware that even though your insurance copay might say $40 for a contact fitting that somehow in the year 2026 they are only capable of doing a premium fitting which is going to cost you at least 2x as much. They are not up front about any of this when you book online, they count on people not asking about this before the exam occurs, and then you are stuck paying the full amount when it's time to pay up. This is why you always get the total cost ahead of time! If you do that then you can simply walk out the door before they are able to scam you out of any money like I did.

  Would recommend Target Optical as my experience was all positive. The optician was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Pricing was fair and had nice amount of frames from which to choose.

  The Dr is great but the rest of the staff are terrible. Several calls to get a simple copy of a Rx and RUDE staff. The guy talks too much and gets angry at the smallest things, one of the women acts like you aren't even there. Decided to not buy my glasses here b/c of the staff. Will chose another practice for the exam in the future.
