  The staff here is nice and communicates well. I saw Heather Loguidice and she was kind and patient. The only problem is there was a really long wait time; although I think there was only one medical assistant for all the rooms so the wait was understanding.

  Without question the best Healthcare provider I’ve ever been to Natale is just wonderful. Her staff is friendly and wonderful. They’re also helpful. I would not go anywhere else.

  My experience experience with Heather was very positive… She was very friendly and professional… I hope to leave a message. She was going to give me a pharmacy online. That was a little cheaper for the medication that I was asking for… My insurance company does not cover it… So if she could please send me a text message I would appreciate or a phone call the information about the pharmacy thank you.

  This practice does not ever get back to you. I have called in with questions about my meds and needing refills, no one EVER gets back to you or even answers the phone! I had to leave on my cruise without my medication refill and borrow some of the same medication that my husband takes to get by. I finally was able to get through after the cruise to the front desk and complained about this and they hung up on me. So I am never ever going back to this practice and I do not recommend them at all. Plus the Boynton Beach office that’s right near me is closed and no one ever told me this and I went down in person trying to see if someone could help me with my prescription since they weren’t answering the phone and the door was locked without even any notification to the patients.

  I have been a patient of the Boynton Beach location since 2021 and each time I request to see the MD, she’s always booked out for at least 2 months. I have been seeing the NPs during each visit. The NPs contradict each other in many ways and the plan of care is never consistent. I have been calling the office since the week before Christmas to request a refill and schedule an appointment, but phone system does not work. I finally decided to drive there in person on 1/14 only to find out the Boynton location is closed. There were no notice sent to the patients and no one could give a reasonable explanation. I was finally able to get a hold of a staff member, but of course they didn’t want to refill my medications without being seeing. I agreed to see Elisabeth and that was a huge mistake on my part. She was condescending during the entire appointment and she made me feel like I’ve never felt in my entire existence. I was baffled by her demeanor. It was the worst experience ever. She showed no empathy and was very argumentative. It’s really sad to see how people in the community who are suppose to ameliorate, but instead aggravate things. This was the worst experience of my life. I would give zero stars if possible. The way I was treated is unacceptable.
