  Shakena is a Life Saver ☺️ I came into Quest Diagnostics for a lab draw which I ordered from a third party and ran into a frustrating situation — my order simply could not be found in the system. A supervisor was even brought in to help, and despite everyone's best efforts, the order remained a mystery. I honestly thought I was going to have to leave and come back another day. That's when Shakena stepped up. She refused to give up on me. With determination and a level of dedication you rarely see anymore, she dug deeper and discovered my order. Because of her persistence and problem-solving, I didn't have to reschedule, make a second trip, or waste any more of my day. She got it sorted out right then and there, and I was able to complete my draw in one visit. Shakena is the kind of healthcare professional who truly makes a difference. She went far beyond what was expected of her, and her hard work turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Quest Diagnostics is incredibly lucky to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Shakena — you are genuinely appreciated!

  The facility was clean, the phlebotomist was both friendly and highly professional, and my appointment time was exactly as scheduled. Very well run; highly recommeded.

  When I got in my car, I noticed and felt something was cold running down arm.The arm was very bloody and so was my car . The bandage should have put on very tight .

  Great experience with Tiffani. Lovely girl and very competent. Of course giving blood isn’t the highlight of my day but Tiffani made it pleasant
