3 family members joined. Notified club that we had to cancel all 3 membership. Told not to worry all memberships were cancelled however they are still debiting all 3 accounts! Worse club EVER!! False advertising at its best! STAY AWAY!! If I could I would score negative points!
Youfit's the best gym I've been to! The front desk staff are really friendly and personable, especially Lizette and Angelo. Miss Sandra does a great job at keeping the gym and locker rooms clean. If you're looking for a gym with great staff and equipment, this is the place to be!

I would like to say that my coach, Donald , is excellent. He is doing a great job, and I am very happy with him as my coach. I feel comfortable training with him. He is kind, polite, and very nice. I truly appreciate the way he coaches me at the gym. I am very satisfied and grateful for his support.

Awesome gym that really cares about its members. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized, the manager called me every few weeks to check on my progress. What gym does that? YouFit does! After I completed months of physical therapy, YouFit assigned me a highly-skilled Personal Trainer and I’ve been training with them now for 14 months. I also take advantage of their many classes, like Spin, HIIT, Core, and Stretch. There are other gyms in town, but none can compete with the caring, supportive, family-like atmosphere here at YouFit. Can’t wait for the new gym to open!
Friends don’t not join. I first signed up with this Gym back in 2019. I Loved the gym and the classes. However when it came time to cancel back then I remember I had to pay a cancellation fee. I told myself “never again”. Well I didn’t learn my lesson I guess. Fast forward 2026, I remember how much I love the classes and thought it would help me stay consistent with my journey. Called the gym and I was advised to do a 3 day pass. I was still hesitant, to my knowledge I couldn’t pinpoint why. Day 2 on my pass, Mr. Nikolas front desk informed me they don’t do 3 day passes anymore, that was my 3rd day. I informed him I was told I could and I wasn’t given any issues. At this point I was even more hesitant to rejoined. I attended Mr. Jonathan’s class and he was so wonderful, I said… you know what I’m sold. I spoke to Mr. David front desk and he told me about the pre sale deal that they had going on at the moment and showed me how to sign up. I went home and did exactly that. I took advantage of the premium pass that allowed my guess 50% off classes. Week two I attended no issues, Mr. Nikolas even showed me how to access the barcode from the app to sign in when I come in the Club. My guess was charge $5 for the class each time, discount included. Fast forward today 2/17/2026, I was told that my membership was not active. The pre sale deal only allowed me access to the new gym that was about to open. .. boy now I am irritated because I have been showing for 3 weeks now and none communicated to me that my membership was not yet active. I requested to cancel my membership. I was given a third party contact information to cancel. I called them, took a while to get through. They informed me they don’t handle pre sale cancellations per youfit presale contract and advice me to reach out and speak with a manager at the club. They even gave me an email confirmation to show as proof to the manager that I have spoken to them. I called back the gym to speak with a manger about cancellation. Mr. David picked up and placed me on hold. Guess what he was given me…yes the same number Mr Nickolas gave me a an hour prior. I informed Mr David I’ve already tried calling the customer care number he had for me…he then rushed me off the phone and said call the manager tomorrow morning he’s here all day. Well it was at that point I realized why I canceled my membership the first time and the pain I went through. Save yourself time and stress and don’t sign up.
