Honestly they never had them in stock. I would have ordered something else. I need my updated prescription more than I need the Meta glasses. I could have gotten something that would be back in time instead of now not knowing when I’ll get my glasses. Instead of trying to make a sale and upsell me on the Crizal sapphire HR anti reflective which added an extra $95 to my bill just inform the customer if the product their buying is in stock.

I have always gone to Lenscrafters for my glasses as I wear trifocals but we need to move the focal lines up on the lenses for personal preference and comfort. But new dr. Dr Lyons gave me a very thorough exam. I have a somewhat complicated vision and she did an awesome job. She was EXTREMELY patient while checking which lens was clearer ( you know, is this better or this... 82 times) Michele, the optician, found me just the new frames I was looking for and from what I understand my glasses will be ready in about a week. Faster than NY labs! Will continue to go here and I recommend you do as well. A+++
