- JZJames N. ZahariasFeb 20, 20191.0I traveled to south Florida a few years ago, and scheduled my trip to this clinic months before arriving. Two days before I arrived I was informed they had no info on my treatment, turns out they misplaced my chart info. Upon arriving, things got much worse. old clinic, outdated environment, old chairs, and a broken wheelchair that collapsed while I used it. shouldn't have be used, they also didn't have specific tape I use or the hypoallergenic dialysis filter I need per my treatment specs. I filed a complaint with regional clinic manager who didn't even care to contact me back, apologize or take any action. I recommend you get treatment elsewhere & Don't go here.
