The instructors are amazing, very attentive, and always make sure everyone is comfortable and doing the exercises correctly. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. Pilates in general has changed my body and made me stronger than I’ve ever been. But this particular location has made it more than just a physical workout. The staff is always welcoming and does their best to accommodate class changes and additions. They are positive and motivating, especially Kait. Ever since she became manager, she has advocated and introduced exciting promotions and activities for members, like designing your own Pilates socks. She spends time getting to know them and actually listening to their suggestions. I truly look forward to my classes at this studio for more reasons than one, and I will forever be grateful to my friend for introducing me to Pilates.
