  I had a CT scan and it showed something alarming on my kidneys so my gastro dr recommended this urology group. I scheduled an appointment which since I was a new patient had to wait about a month to see a dr. I reached out to my primary care give sheena urdaz from la medical and she scheduled all the tests prior to me going to the urologist so they would have all the information ready for them. in the meantime the office of this urology group called me to reschedule my appointment because of a schedule change and had to wait yet another month to see a dr. needless to say my MRI showed i had a tumor and my primary called the urology group directly to explain my situation and see if they can move up my appointment. they didn't and my primary was able to get me an appointment with a different urology group Palm Beach Urology for the next day. it's good to know that Baptist Health really doesnt cares about there patients. if I can get them a lower score I would. very upsetting.

  Dr Kenan Ashouri is by far the best urologist Dr I have had. I have had. I have had 5 due to moving . He takes his time, has great patience, personality and he makes you feel like a person and not a number. He's a real, totally human and not a God complexed Dr. Like those I have encountered the past 40 years. I give the entire process of getting in touch with Dr. Ashouri or Paula a zero. Not sure if it's the answering service or the office, they blame each other. It takes days to weeks to get to talk to anyone and the same if you're ordering refills. When you run out of your prescription and cannot get refills what good is the office that has to prescribe them..

  Easy and Ample parking. The building is updated or it is a new building! Excellent Handicap Accessibility and Immaculately clean. Hand Sanitizer available on every corner and at every entrance in the facility. The Bethesda Hospital entrance is directly across the street.
