- CACAITLIN AUSTINJun 26, 20251.0Do NOT send your elderly loved ones to this facility. My mother who has severe dementia was allowed to get placed into an Uber/Lyft to return to the assisted living facility she lives in. Doctors, nurses and staff were provided conservatorship/guardianship paperwork however, they deemed it appropriate to overlook a probate courts decision which is a complete liability.
