I was actually over an hour early for my appointment. Myfault, I had the time wrong in my head. I didn't have a problem waiting. But they actually got me in early. I was done and on my way home before my appointment was even supposed to start. Everyone there was so nice Philippe, the man who did my X-ray. I'm sorry, I don't remember his name. And the woman at the front desk is an absolute doll. She is so sweet and kind,And attentive. Overall, a great experience..
I always make my appointment late in the afternoon...because I work. Even late in the day after they worked the check in person and the tech are always very nice and I am in and out in no time. Also the young lady at the desk is so friendly and sweet. I wish I had asked there names. Everyone that help me on Monday at 5pm were wonderful. Thanks for all the help.

The staff is absolutely wonderful,
As were the people scheduling my appointment The facility is lovely. But scheduling was difficult. If you’re a snowbird and need a procedure for a breast lump, make sure you come with films from your providers up north. I was never informed of this when I made the appointment. This caused significant delays in my biopsy today. This is a policy issue which Baptist health needs to change to accommodate snowbirds in Florida.

Last year I went for my mammogram sonogram and bone density - in and out in no time. This year, not the same . Four hours later …… the mammo girl was quick and efficient, the sonogram lady then brought me in , I was undressed on the table , she left for 20 minutes when she was called away by another practitioner. Not very cool, in my opinion. The bone density lady was masked, and completely uncommunicative. Never told me how long each part would take, when things were done , nothing. Not friendly , seemed like she didn’t like her job. I think 4 hours is way too long. Not very respectful of other people’s time. Might be looking for another option for next time.
Nuff said! My MRI and mammogram were completely mis-read. Your “radiologist” stated in the report, I had a “past” biopsy clip in my right breast! Strange because I have NEVER, NOT EVER had a biopsy in my right breast, let alone a clip!! I was livid!! Thank God my primary doctor immediately called Dr Mautner’s office at Miami Cancer Center for a re-read of “your” MRI and Mammogram, compared them to all of my past discs. She and her staff were completely shocked at your radiologist’s findings, as they were completely incorrect! Thankfully, I had been in her care last year. I will NEVER return to Baptist Imaging Boynton for any reason. This experience made it ever-so clear that the UMBRELLA of the BAPTIST system is lacking in consistency, proficiency and the simple ability to look at the past history, and past radiological data (disc) regarding the patient. I’m frightened for other women entrusting you to their healthcare!
Most sincerely,
Susan Bell
