  If I could give this place zero stars I would! The only reason I gave one star was because PT/OT were fabulous. This place has completely dropped the ball with my mom’s health care issues. We did meet a few caring nurses and CPs during her 9 day stay HOWEVER…. My frail 84 year old mom, who came after a bout of pneumonia and UTI, and unable to walk on her own, was COMPLETELY ignored for hours on end, made to sit in her own excrement MULTIPLE TIMES while my sister or I tried desperately to get some of her caregivers to change her, even with Drs giving specific instructions to check on her every two hours. CALLING AND RINGING THE CALL BELL DOES NOTHING! Some days we didn’t see a nurse or CP all day! Our family had to hire outside help when we couldn’t be there ourselves just to be sure she was being taking care of….In addition, the food is horrendous, they constantly sent things that she is unable to eat and last night she didn’t even receive a tray for dinner- but the kitchen closes at 6pm so there’s no one to contact if there is a problem. We were told that they are short staffed and everyone is new… there’s so much more I can say, but most importantly- I would NEVER send ANYONE you love to this location!
