  My experience was not good. I needed and requested a butterfly for my veins. The needle is smaller and thinner and the venipuncturists ( one geing trained on the computer for placing order but also taking blood and the veteran person there training him responded that they don’t have one and claimed the needle they used was as thin and only after i was in significant pain with three vials taken did they contact their supervisor. How do I not fasted and had i known the needle they used was super long and thick-totally wrong for my veins I would have walked out. They claimed they are only given a quota which is absurd lab corp always uses them given that I was in such pain, I didn’t wanna move my arm and drive yet. I was still in the lobby when the Supervisor and angela Angel. Claimed it wasn’t true that they had the butterflies and that they don’t primary use them for people that have different types of veins which is hurting the rest of us Butterfly I never heard of such a ridiculous thing in my life that they don’t have that at a hospital outpatient lab. It’s a big problem. I am impressed upon Miss Angel That never mind the next time for everybody she needs to have her staff equipped with the proper tools so that people are not injured like I I’m still in significant pain since this morning. I had drank a lot of water and was squeezing the little squeeze toy, and the acupuncturist knew where to go. I showed him the vein. Their expertise it’s the fact that somebody should’ve made sure I had the butterfly which was needed, and which I clearly requested and was concerned. It was like I was stabbed to the core.

  I had procedures at Bethesda Hospital East and West and cannot say enough good things about the care I received. A huge thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Raymond J. Leveillee, and the entire team — from intake staff to every nurse and the discharge team. Dr. Leveillee’s surgical skills are outstanding, and his warm, compassionate bedside manner is equally impressive. He is a truly wonderful human being, and I feel blessed to have been in his care. Please pass my gratitude to his parents for raising such an amazing person! A very special thank you also goes to my brother, Dr. Bob Rosenberg, for putting up with me through this whole ordeal — your support meant everything. The entire staff made me feel supported and well-cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Leveillee and both hospital campuses

  Son had car accident very near hospital and needed neck and back cat scan. Process was super long with very few people in waiting area at 9 pm. One doctor on staff. This location is considerably inferior to the Baptist East and other hospitals. Many of our docs will not go there on a good day. We had to repeat insurance information two times, sat in a examining room for more than an hour, talk to a limited nurse, then asked to return to lobby till doctor was ready. Got out moments before 12. Never again !

  The Ultra Sound itself was done with care and concern by the technician. The process was horrible. I was set up for this test at the wrong facility. When I got to Baptist Health Center I was told they could not do the test. I was not told a head of time. They had to reschedule the US at BSW two days later when I was supposed to go to the doctor to see how I was doing. Doctor not happy. Fortunately my wife was st the doctor’s and got the results and the doctor called me. This US request was b made last January. I had to call in again and the Doctor had to request the US again.. i Terrible!!

  Thank you to Doctor Matthew D’alessio, for the consultation prior to surgery. Doctor D’alessio, was able to give psychological insight, on my adjustment and acceptance of the health matter. The natural disposition, by Doctor D’alessio was personable, and compassionate, based on my particular state of mind, in which Doctor D’alessio recognized and addressed. The day of my surgery, I understood that there was a life matter surgery prior to mine. Thank you to Doctor D’alessio, Nurse Jennifer, and Surgical Coordinator, Helmis for there patience and I do apologize… Thank you to Doctor D’alessio for the surgery. Thank you to Jenny for the excellence with scheduling my appointments. Thank you to Legion, who helped on 3/11/26 and answered a post op question.. Thank you to Helmis, for the patience and compassion regarding my concerns.. Thank you to the main lobby representative Nathan, who registered me in for labs and then the initial surgery day. Nathon gave a most favorable impression to me, based on my important surgery.. Thank you to Nurse Sonia for the excellent natural care, concern, efforts and going over and beyound. Thank you to Nurse Patrick for the care and courtesy, Thank you to Nurse Jennifer for special reasons, regarding the surgery for that particular day. Thank you to Nurse Emily, who did specific record dictation, near the surgical area. Thank you to the anesthesiologist assistant who was most personable, compassionate, and informative. Thank you to the anesthesiologist Doctor Lakin who was thorough and had great care and concern.. There was a representative Maria who was helpful. Thank you to ‘Shay” Sharnice, who did my labs, as helpful and courteous..Thank you to Nurse Stephanie( hope name’s right) who was at my side just upon recovery, and helped me with special instruction to my wife also.. Nurse Stephanie wheeled me out after a long day she had..Kerin another nurse, who had a patient in recovery, was also helpful.. I actually left a review prior to this, on the questionnaire survey.. I was able to be better than this one, as hope that questionnaire review was processed.. I thank Doctor D’alessio for the patience, compassion, dedication and performing the surgery. My wife, two daughter’s son, and some business clients, are most appreciative to Doctor D’alessio the staff and the hospital, since they were told about my upcoming surgery. Doctor D’alessio informed my wife following the surgery that it went well, with some other input. Special thank you to my Oncologist , Doctor Samarth Reddy , for referring me to Doctor D’alessio. Thank you to my primary, Doctor Sabrina Mia and Nurse Lisa, and Cassie for the exceptional care. Thank you to HSS, Doctor Matthew Butler, West Palm Beach, with a prerequisite surgery..
