  Terrible company - I do not recommend doing business with them: 1) They do not seem to be able to maintain staffing at this location 2) Front desk person has been eliminated 3) Recent appointments have been changed by them several times in a row because they did not have anyone available 4) Drove to my rescheduled appointment a few days ago to find the office was locked with a notice to contact the Austin TX office via phone. 5) Austin office were apologetic and said they would look into the staffing issue. No return call or rescheduling from them. 6) Don’t do business with dysfunctional customer service - my next hearing aids and tests will be with another organization.

  The doctor was very good. He explained everything clearly. It was truly the 1st time I realized how much hearing I had lost.

  Our Audiologist, Austin was beyond belief, good in every way, and even better than that my husband came in, not hearing it all and left a very happy camp

  My dad couldn’t get any doctor to help him hear. After years of trying different hearing aids, we came to Elite Hearing Center and magic happened! Dr Peña didn’t try talking us into purchasing new hearing aids. Instead he custom made new ear pieces to perfection. I honestly don’t know how he makes money as he spends so much time with his patients and allows you to come back whenever you need help! His staff is kind and thoughtful too. He even gives Veterans complementary service! If you are looking for quality care and exceptional service with a knowledgeable doctor then this is the place for you!
