  I can’t say enough amazing things about Revamed! From the moment you walk in, EVERYONE in the office is so kind, welcoming, and professional. They truly create a safe and comfortable environment, which means so much to me, especially as a woman of color who has had negative experiences with providers in the past. I want to give a special shoutout to Daphney, she is absolutely top tier! 💕 She is so sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. I didn’t feel rushed when I talked to her. She actually listens, engages in real conversation, and gives thoughtful advice. That kind of care is rare and so appreciated! This entire office goes above and beyond, and I truly felt valued each time I went in. They deserve way more recognition, definitely underrated! Highly recommend Revamed to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly cares about you.

  Great doctor’s office. Natalee is a very caring MD and excellent doctor. I would highly recommend this office.

  Daphney took the time to listen and ask questions to determine how she could be help me. I’m so thankful for her patience and insight! The office staff is friendly and I was seen quickly.

  My first time meeting Dr Bastien and her staffs. She was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

  The doctor(s) may be great, but I would never know because she didn’t show up to my appointment! Honestly I have never dealt with such an unprofessional medical practice. I had an appointment at 10am. I called a little beforehand to say I was running a few min late, they said no problem. I get there, and THEN they happen to mention that the doctor has not arrived yet… okay, fine, perhaps I was the first appointment of the day and she’s arriving soon… I complete my paperwork and wait for 30 minutes (with a toddler)…. Still no doctor, no update. During that time, multiple patients come to check in for their appointments as well, at which point the front desk informs them the doctor isn’t there and perhaps they’d like to reschedule. I’m sorry, but have you never heard of a phone call?! What kind of professional organization (or even what kind of person?!) would waste people’s time that way by not even calling with a heads up?! Finally when the doctor arrived, I assumed it would be my turn as I was the only person in the waiting room. It was only at THAT POINT they they inform me two other patients are already in exam rooms and it will be at least another 30-40 minutes before I’m seen. Insane. So I decided to reschedule as I’m not going to sit in a small room for 2 hours with a toddler just waiting. The cherry on top is that a few days later on my scheduled appointment day, I had to cancel due to my son and I being sick, and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I explained the situation I had just experienced - no apology, no offer to waive the fee and reschedule… they just agreed I would no longer come back to that office. I honestly cannot believe the unprofessionalism of every staff member i interacted with. Again, I’m sure the actual medical care is fine, but accessing the care is so not worth it.
