  This is the best Quest location I’ve ever been to, all the staff are helpful and kind, the waiting room is comfortable, and the facility is clean and efficient. There’s a staff member in the lobby to help people check-in, and they worked really hard to get everyone to their appointments on time even though they were short-staffed today. I came for my 3-hour pregnancy glucose test this morning and my technician Sondra was THE NICEST WOMAN ever. She made me feel comfortable, at ease, saw me for my appointment right on time (each time for all 3 hours), and was able to draw my blood with skill and professionalism. She is like a warm hug and a ray of sunlight in human form. I cannot express enough how amazing Sondra was and how much she made my experience at Quest enjoyable. Thank you!

  Came in for my Accutane blood work, I had made my appointment earlier that morning, checked in and was called back less than 5 minutes after checking in. I got two young ladies taking care of me, they were super nice and gentle. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t catch their names but I’ll probably be back next month anyway. I was only back there for about 5 minutes, so I was in and out in about 10 minutes total.

  This location is always fast sometimes I make an appointment sometimes I just do the walk-in either way there’s not really a long wait time and I’m here right now once a week

  Amazing and best phlebotomist I ever had and her name is Sandra! She had the lightest touch, engaged me with a holiday Easter conversation to ease my fears, and her demeanor is unmatched! The ladies at the front door were exceptional as well! Thank you Quest for hiring quality employees!

  I had such a great experience here! Eva truly stood out — she was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease right away. While drawing my blood, she kept me distracted with conversation, which made the whole process so much more comfortable than I expected. Everything ran perfectly on time — my appointment was at 8:20, and I was taken back exactly as scheduled. The clinic itself is very clean, well-organized, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
