    Terrible experience. The tech didn't listen when I told her I was a hard stick and went in an area I told her no one ever gets. She still tried and nothing. Other tech listened and got my vein immediately. Also, tech was just rude and didn't even say hello or give instructions afterwards. Awful experience.
