  The worst Quest I’ve ever been to! Waited almost an hour for my 16 year olds appointment! Then, they only have iPads to check you in, no actual person to help you once you’re in the waiting area. There were so many elderly people needing help and no one to help them. I’d give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Horrible!

  Very friendly nurse, I believe her name was Carmen, she was the pregnant puerto Rican nurse, super sweet, very informative and very professional. The waiting room is small, but they have a system that not many like, but I found very useful since its right to the point when visiting any clinic, and thats the automated sign in system. Keep up the good work Quest, and gibe that nurse a raise!

  I haven’t been there in a while. Was impressed with the digital check in. Had an appointment and was in and out quickly. Got my results in a day.

  My mother is 86 yrs old, and quest has their lobby set up with digital sign in method. No staff to help seniors use the tech that a lot of older people & seniors have difficulty using. And when I asked for some help for mom the staff assumed that I was going to do it. I don't work here, quest needs to take responsibility for helping seniors & not make excuses or assumptions that someone else will take their responsibility. I can see why quest has trash reviews.
