Dr. Howard Gelb has been in practice in Florida for 26 years. He graduated from Cornell University in New York and then completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and then did a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Cincinnati Sports medicine and orthopedic center. He has a wealth of experience treating all types of athletes (childhood, high school, collegiate, professional and weekend warriors). In addition of being board certified in Orthopedic surgery, Dr. Gelb holds a subspecialty certificate in orthopedic sports medicine. Dr. Gelb's primary objective is getting people back to doing their preferred activities
