  Been coming here for a long time. The staff has usually been very professional and respectful. However, there is a newer short-haired blonde lady who is probably in some kind of management role. I overheard her saying repulsive things about a member's weight(with no regard for others around). Well, here's the consequence of her arrogance. I'm still gonna continue to come but I'm avoiding her like the plague. I would cut that one loose.

  Only leaving this review for the professionalism and great help of Scott the assistant GM who has helped me many times. I have canceled my membership here for other reasons, but if you are interested in joining make sure to work with Scott.

  Best gym in all of Boca Raton! Right off the bat, hands down best membership prices by far. The equipment is top shelf quality and everything your looking for is here in what may seem like a small space, but is very spacious and not cramped whatsoever. Not even to mention the amazing staff, especially Julie. I come in every morning early and she's always super kind greeting me even during the earliest of morning and very accommodating. If you aren't already working out here then you are definitely missing out !

  Great gym! Wonderful location. Spacious, big windows that allow for plenty of natural light, great and well-kept equipment, and you’re at the mall! The excellent experience has everything to do with the AM crew, who are supremely helpful and consistent! Julie holds it down at the front desk and is available for any concerns you may have, Allie is always friendly and helping her clients, and Scott makes sure everything runs smoothly! Stop by, you won’t regret it!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account. On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional. The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.
