I was there with my daughter to adjust her glasses as it was hurting the back of her ears. I had to interject and explain. She wouldn’t even look at me when communicating. Disgusting customer service and attitude. I would give less than a one star if I could. This is the last time I’m purchasing at the Boca Raton Warby Parker and come in only when this person ‘Nura’ is not visible in this store. Barbara here at this store is great though. So AVOID Nura.

In a store with 20+ other customers, she really took her time with me to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, needed, and provided feedback on frames that actually suited my face and style; she made it feel like I was the only customer in the room. She also did great explaining all the benefits of these frames and reccomended a lot of great extras that would work for me and my lifestyle. The next time I need a new pair of frames, I am DEFINITELY going to see Rachel who is just the embodiment of excellent customer service!
