  I don't know how this man still has patients. He should get his license revoked. He has no care, compassion or kindness. Beware.

  I’m writing this review on behalf of a close friend and other members of our community who may not speak English fluently. I feel deeply upset about an experience that took place yesterday at Dr. Keith H. Kaner’s office. During a consultation to extract two molars from a 9-year-old girl, Dr. Kaner treated the family with complete disrespect and an attitude that showed discrimination, simply because they couldn’t communicate well in English. No parent or child should ever feel humiliated or belittled when seeking medical care. I feel it is my responsibility to warn others: if you or your family speak Spanish or don’t speak English well, you should not come to this practice and know that you might not be treated with the respect and compassion every patient deserves. It is truly disappointing that a doctor in our community would behave this way. I sincerely hope that Dr. Kaner reflects on this situation and understands that, although for him it may just another day at the office, his words and actions can cause lasting harm to the paying families who come to him for service

  Ayer 3 de noviembre tuve por 1 vez consulta con este señor. Fui con mis hijas de 9 y 15 años. El motivo era porque mi hija de 9 años le mandaron sacar dos muelas permanentes. Los muchachos de recepción muy agradables normales. Pero cuando entramos al consultorio del señor vivimos uno de los momentos más horribles de mi vida. Vivimos un ataque racista 100%. Estaba enojado molesto porque yo no hablaba inglés. Las cuales mis hijas inocentes querían ayudarme traduciendo y el muy grosero y atrevido las mandaba callar. Me decía que lo mirara a los ojos y me preguntaba cosas sin yo poder contestar por el pánico que me generó. Mis hijas angustiadas llorando querían hablar y el las callaba, me hizo leerle una oración en inglés me pregunto cuando quería operar a mi hija y cuando le digo la fecha en inglés me tomaba el pelo me decía que no entendía lo que yo le decía. En un momento de la consulta que nunca tuve y me cobraron $160 llama a sus empleados para preguntarles prepotente porque me habían dejado llenar los formularios en la entrada si yo no entendía lo que decían los papeles. Me sentí denigrada discrimiada insultada maltratada a mi y a mis hijas. Me fui llorando agarre a mis hijas y le dije nos vamos de acá. Y nos fuimos. Angustiadas. De ninguna manera voy a permitir que nadie mande callar mis hijas y menos un RACISTA como el ojalá le cierren la clínica y por favor todas las personas latinas que lean esto no lleven a sus hijos con ese animal. Detestable. Racista!!! Por favor no lo hagan. Yo ya hice la denuncia pertinente porque esto no va a quedar así. Dejo todo en manos de dios!!!

  Don’t you parents DARE try to send your spouse with the child, they won’t speak with you about your own child’s treatment plan, save yourself and find elsewhere to go!
