  Johnny O’s gym is unlike any other & has truly been a blessing to my family. The staff is top notch and has a genuine way of making anyone who walks in feel welcome and supported. The way they maintain such a positive, motivational environment while also providing members a sense of peace and belonging is incredibly impressive. My son (10 years old) looks forward to coming to Johnny O’s Young Athletes group training classes, lead by Rhema or Hunter (both trainers are A++), every week. Not only has he benefited physically from training at Johnny O’s, but also mentally and emotionally. Rhema is so kind and her energy is contagious! We are so grateful. Thank you Johnny O’s. 🧡💛🩵

  I have been a member at Johnny O's for over a year, and I have never seen a gym like it. I'm going to try my best to keep this as short as possible, but it won’t be easy. The community and atmosphere is incredible, and it's impossible to walk out of the gym in a bad mood. The energy and kindness all starts with Mr. Johnny and Mr. David, who are both incredibly friendly and passionate about every member's fitness journey. That passion trickles down into the entire staff, you're greeted with a smile and an energy that makes you want to be in the gym. The longer I've been a member, the more I learn how this gym makes such a positive impact in Boca Raton. They host fundraisers for families in need, support local business, treat the staff fair, and help so many people reach their fitness goals and better themselves. These are a few of the many reasons that I am proud to be a member here. The community at Johnny O's is really what makes it special, you never feel judged or in a secret competition with anyone. If you hit a good lift people will clap for you, and don't worry as an introvert myself, you don't have to get super involved in the community. Keep your headphones on if you want, but it is infectious and makes showing up easier. I have been working out since I could walk and have been working in gyms for a while, and as a trainer I chose Johnny O's as my home gym. While I'm sure I would love working there, it truly has become a home away from home and I treasure every workout I get to have there. The last thing i have to say is, it is a pretty cool gym, the flashing lights and indoor/outdoor facility is a unique experience. The best workouts of my life have been at Johnny O's during the sunrise, squatting outside with sun rising behind me in the mirror, truly a special experience. On top of a great facility with quality, well kept machines, it's the community and environment that truly makes Johnny O's a one of one gym.

  Best gym in Boca! The music, the vibes, the equipment, the staff, Mr Johnny himself. Great atmosphere. Best workout I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

  hands down the best gym in Boca! it has everything you need and more but the best part is the community. between the staff, the trainers, and the members- you won’t find a more uplifting, positive, and powerful environment. HIGHLY recommend!!!

  Obsessed with this gym and its culture. They have such a great variety of equipment and incredible classes. I especially love HIIT with Rhema! But it’s not just the “gym things” that make this such a great spot. It’s the positive environment, kind employees, and motivated members. I initially signed up here for just 3 months to train for a HYROX- but I see myself staying. Shoutout to the amazing staff (shoutout David, Emmy, & Rhema) & owner, Johnny, for making this the best gym in South FL!
