  CycleBar absolutely changed my life!!! Everyone is so beyond welcoming and friendly. They make sure you are completely set up and take care of in every measure. From Jillian at the front desk, to Gabby on the bike and EVERYONE in between, you will never leave here without a new friend and immense love and support!!!!! I cannot recommend this studio enough!!!

  ⭐️ (1 out of 5 stars) CycleBar on Military Trail offers great classes with amazing energy and music. I genuinely loved the studio and attended regularly for about two years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had to leave for three months to France for a degree program and informed the studio on 10/17. My next payment was not scheduled until 11/12, so I gave notice weeks in advance and as soon as I knew I would be leaving. Despite this, I was told I would still be charged because their company policy requires 30 days’ notice. There was absolutely no flexibility, and I was charged for a month I could not use. Given the circumstances and advance notice, I disputed the charge with my credit card. The most disappointing part was the manager’s attitude (Eve) which came across as rude and greedy rather than understanding. The studio itself is great, but management’s lack of consideration completely overshadowed the experience. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated situation. Later, I attempted to return through ClassPass, since I no longer wanted to pay them directly after how the situation was handled. I immediately received an email stating I was on a “bad list” and could not attend through ClassPass unless I paid for the disputed month — the month I did not use because I was out of the country. The email even stated they “understand our frustration of someone who owes our company money based on their signed agreement attending on a 3rd party platform.” It’s unfortunate to lose a long-term customer over rigid policies and poor customer service. If you’re considering joining, I strongly recommend being very aware of their cancellation and payment policies, as they appear to allow zero flexibility regardless of circumstances. I wish I could recommend this place based on the classes alone, but management makes it difficult to do so.

  I’ve been in, managed, operated & owned hospitality based service businesses for nearly 3 decades, and in all my life I’ve never encountered an OWNER who speaks to customers & clients in such a rude and condescending manner. Especially when misinformation was given by his staff, email unanswered but was confirmed it was delivered…… It’s disgusting and an embarrassment for this brand IMO. I would never recommend this place and for the first time in a long time I will actively tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this place. It’s easy to pretend to be a promoter health & wellness and then be putting out emails like this?!?!? Leadership at its finest clearly. GROSS

  I arrived right on time for my first class at CycleBar Boca, excited because I had a great, more personalized experience at the Wellington location a few years ago. I was really looking forward to trying spin again! Unfortunately, this experience was the TOTAL opposite. Firstly, the front desk staff member launched into a membership sales pitch within seconds of meeting me before I even had a chance to get settled. It felt pushy and impersonal, especially as a first-time guest. Then came the bike setup disaster. The staff member helping me couldn’t adjust the seat, because the knob was so tight. She said she physically couldn’t move it. I was moved to FIVE different bikes before she gave up and just placed me on one. This really made me wonder if the bikes are even serviced regularly and are 100% safe to use. It was completely obvious the staff member didn't really care and didn't want to keep trying, despite the fact I said the seat was very painful. It was far too tall for me, and I was extremely uncomfortable the entire class. I couldn’t fully participate or enjoy the spin class. I ended up with deep bruising in my groin area the next day from the seat digging into me the entire class. To top it off, the instructor’s audio was very muffled. I could barely understand a word the entire time. Overall, this was a frustrating and painful experience...not at all what I expected from a brand like CycleBar that promotes a luxurious, personalized experience. Sad to say I can't recommend this location after this experience.
