  While I wish I could give them more stars because Dr. Phadke is amazing I simply can't because of the office and medical assistant staff. Been politely checking up to get my husband's test results received and the perscription called in. I distinctly remember calling Monday and speaking with Nicole the medical assistant and her saying the test results (which have come in almost over a week ago) and I was told by both her and Dr.Phadke at our appointment that once the results were called in dr. Phadke would call the perscription in. Kindly messaged thru the portal and got slapped back with a very rude message from Nicole stating that she understands I'm "anxious" to get the medication called in (which I'm not I'm simply trying to hold them to what they said they'd do) but she never said she'd have the results reviewed by Tuesday and have the medication called in. I cannot believe with the test results being sent to the office almost over a week ago that Dr.Phadke out of the 8 hours a day she is there dosent have 5 min to review them. I find it extremly unpleasant and unprofessional of Nicole to be so rude both via portal message and phone call when I'm simply trying to get them to do what they said. It takes 2 seconds to write a kind professional message and say she is still awaiting the review. No need for her to be rude and blunt which I really don't appreciate. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I should be able to call and message as I please without being rudly slapped down by the medical assistant. What is really inconvient is that your forced to leave a message for Nicole anytime you need to hear from Dr. Phadke outside of an appointment, it always goes straight to voice-mail and you have to wait on a hook hoping she'll call you back only to be talked down to when she finally decides to call you back 5 min to when the office is about to close. I understand you can get busy but it costs nothing to be kind and professional. Don't understand why I'm being talked down to when I simply want an update that seems to be such an unnecessary struggle to get. What if this was a life saving medicene?
