  This review is long overdue!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Albert's for over a year and I must admit, my experience with him has been incredible! Dr. Albert and his entire team at the Optimization Centre have made me feel welcome from my first phone call when I was searching for a top surgeon to have procedure done. I was very nervous but they quickly helped to to feel sure of my decision. My surgery was a total success!!! With my growing trust in him, I elected to have multiple treatments over the last year and I am SO thrilled with my transformation! I have received multiple compliments on the work that I've had but everything looks SO natural, just like I was born this way. I feel fabulous- confident in my appearance now and highly recommend him and his team if you are looking for improving your face and/or body. You won't regret your decision to visit the Optimization Centre. Thank you again, Dr. Albert!!!

  The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. DR Albert is a PRO, boy, does he know how to do it! I look better, but not line I've had any work done! Thank you, DR Albert and team! PS The new office is amazing!!!

  I had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Albert a year ago and could not be more DISAPPOINTED in his work. I have spent more money having the work he did corrected, than I initially paid to have the procedures done. I initially went in for scar revision consultation for a previous mini arm lift I had had done and to discuss a possible neck lift. I had googled arm lifts and Dr Albert came up as an arm lift specialist in the area. At the consultation Dr Albert felt in addition to the above procedures I should also have a lower face lift. (Sounds familiar with other reviews I have read) He and his staff at the initial appointment very nice and made me feel I was in good hands, so I committed to the surgery as well as the chemical peel he insisted I also needed. (I absolutely did not need a chemical peel but agreed to it ). He also told me unless I bought and used the Zo products they sold in the office that the results of the surgery could not be guaranteed. I fell for the whole spill they laid on me and unfortunately did not research the practice as I should have before moving forward with the surgery. Approx a week after the surgery I developed what appeared to be a very deep inflamed chemical burn on the side of my face. Dr Albert and the staff acted as if this was the first time they had ever seen anything this and could not imagine what had possible caused it and insinuated it was caused something I had done. I have since learned in speaking with other doctors, that it is EXTREMELY risky and never recommended to perform a chemical peel at the same time as a face lift due to the reduced blood supply to the area and the inability for the skin to heal properly. The chemical peel Dr Albert used was of course also his ZO product. Now I will always live with a large scar on my face as a result of what he did. Unfortunately, the job Dr. Albert did on my arms was even worse than on my face, however at least my arms could be covered and were of secondary concern. In the year since the surgery with Dr Albert I have undergone several laser procedures on my face to help reduce the scarring ( although it will always be very visible ) and also have had to have the arm lift completely redone by another plastic surgeon in the area, who by the way, was WONDERFUL. There was absolutely no comparison in the work of the two doctors. My advise to anyone thinking of using this Dr Albert is to be very diligent in your research. All is not as it seems.   Went online to get directions to Dr. Albert's new office. I was surprised and appalled at the people who have posted (some more than once) such nasty, hateful comments not only about Dr. Albert and his skills, but also ridiculous comments about his staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Albert's for many years, have had a number of surgeries along with Botox, injectables, lasers and other treatments. First of all in all of my visits to his office, I have never run into any of these supposed "botched victims". I think that these people are just angry and unhappy with their lives and have chosen to attack Dr. Albert. Shame on all of you! 100% trust Dr. Albert and his staff. Looking forward to my next visit.
