  Be careful with memberships here. I paid for two months of membership plus four individual classes — over $500 total — and only attended one class due to my schedule. Despite that, I’m now being contacted repeatedly about a $25 charge, followed by another email saying it’s a “membership freeze fee.” After spending that much money and barely using the service, it’s frustrating to still be chased for additional charges. When I raised concerns with the front desk and management, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. The classes themselves also felt overcrowded and poorly laid out. The entire experience felt more focused on collecting fees than taking care of customers. Very disappointing.

  It’s true what people say — even after canceling, they will still try to charge you. I paid for two months of membership and four single classes, totaling over $500. Due to my schedule, I only attended one class. Despite that, I’m now receiving calls and emails about an additional $25 charge, followed by another email claiming it’s a “membership freeze fee.” After already paying hundreds of dollars for services I barely used, it’s frustrating to see them continue trying to collect more money. When I brought my concerns to the front desk and management, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the class layout felt overcrowded and uncomfortable

  There are only 2 good instructors, the others are terrible. I have 2 credits and I can't use them. The contract is only good for them.

  I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this place and corporation has left such a bad taste in my mouth. First off, when you sign up for a free class they claim to have sent a text reminding you to bring grip socks. I NEVER received a text message stating that. I had to pay $18 for their socks or I couldn’t take the class. I planned my entire day around this free class because I’ve been interested in Pilates. The class is only 30 minute demo. I left not feeling I had a workout at all. Usually when I try classes it’s an actual workout. I emailed corporate to explain my frustration and they were not helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this place OR even do Pilates. Big scam. $18-20 for a 30 min demo class. It’s false advertising. Beware

  The staff at this club are AWESOME. The classes are great, the instructors are well trained, inspiring and motivating. Thank you for being open and safe, you make every morning a great start to the day!
