  I had an excellent experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care today. The staff was highly professional, and I was seen very quickly with minimal wait time. Bianca, the Nurse Practitioner, was outstanding—she accurately diagnosed my symptoms right away and provided the appropriate treatment. I started feeling significantly better within just four hours of receiving care. I highly recommend this urgent care center and especially Bianca for her expertise and compassionate approach.

  This Urgent Care is the best I've ever been to. They were quick, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Very clean facility. They called to follow up to see how I'm feeling also. While you're waiting they offer water, ginger ale, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Liked that there is a security officer also.

  Excellent medical care. Once I was finished with my paperwork, I was seeing a nurse practitioner within 15 min. Total time there was less than 1 hrs. Everyone from the front desk person to the check out care team was great. I would definitely return if needed.

  Excellent urgent care. Went in with a rash on my daughter’s arm and was treated amazing from the security guard to the nurse to the doctor. It was a colder and rainy day and the security officer even offered us a warm blanket along with others in the waiting room. Nurse and doctor were both great also. 5 stars.

  While we were spending a few hours at the medical center, we had no way to grab coffee on site or step out to a café without interrupting the process. In the end, we either had to go without coffee or leave and come back - which is very inconvenient. It would be great to have a coffee stand or at least a food truck at the center. Many places already have automated coffee kiosks and vending machines, but here it feels like that hasn’t been considered yet.
