  I never thought I’d call a colonoscopy “wonderful,” but this truly was. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick, comfortable, and far less stressful than I expected. The facility was clean and efficient, and I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this team to anyone feeling nervous—they made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

  I had a procedure done at the facility on April Eighth they told me to be there at 8:30 am and I was there on time , I had to wait until 10:30 to get me inside to get me ready it took them 15 minutes then I had to wait another hour to go into the surgery room the surgery was done in 15 minutes, I had a local anesthesia so I was out by 12:40 , so for a 15 minutes surgery it took over four hours, the facility is clean the staff very nice but they need to do a better job with scheduling.

  I had my colonoscopy today and the entire team was amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable, calm, and well taken care of from beginning to end. Alicia was very welcoming and made the check-in easy. Marie explained everything clearly and made me feel prepared. Sophia and Ellen were kind, attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable. Lesli was very helpful and thorough. Dr. Joshua Rubin was excellent—professional, reassuring, and made me feel confident throughout the process. Dr. Alfonso Gomez, the anesthesiologist, took the time to explain everything beforehand, which really helped me feel at ease. Overall, a great experience thanks to an incredible team. I’m very grateful for their care and professionalism.

  Everyone was very gracious in spite of being late. Find out what caused the delays and fix it. The surgery center would cancel me if I said I would be 20-30 minutes late. My nurse hurried thru form which could have been filled out on line prior to me being present. The places to sign were a joke as a monkey could sign better with a mouse!! Update to actual signing on line or use facial recognition etc. just some easy suggestions to make the center run smoothly.

  First time with Dr. Stephen Miller for my colonoscopy. From My initial visit to his office and a wonderful comfort level I knew I had chosen correctly The prep was … As expected… No fun! Communication was outstanding. Day A procedure went very smoothly. Every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating: Alicia: Patient representative Marie: Technologist Cathleen, Lisa, Carole: nurses Leslie B: healthcare provider Huge thanks to Dr Miller (Physician who performed colonoscopy) and Dr. Kim (Anesthesiologist)- Outstanding professionals and I am very grateful for their care 10-stars! Really appreciated. The packet of information provided to me when I left as well as pictures and explanations of the procedure. I’m just glad I don’t have to come back for five more years!!
