  It has been almost 8 months and this group mostly Baptist corporate has not responded at all to the situation regarding the doctor and what happened in the surgery place while the surgery location and the staff of the surgery wing fantastic I am left at leaving a bad review due to the lack of leadership response And now I have sent a total of four emails to their customer service and now they've just sent me to collections as I told them on the phone multiple times when they removed the bill from the surgeon that made me have to go to another surgeon. I will pay the bill for the surgery center and no one from leadership at Baptist at all has picked up the phone and called me to assist with this and give me something in writing so unfortunately I'm left with giving a review That if you use this company which is Baptist, you will get lost in a shuffle and they will not care

  Why does this rate 5 stars? It’s one of the newest additions to Boca Raton Regional Hospital. It has physician offices for the various hospital staff who perform urology related surgeries and gastro surgeries (colon related), and orthopedic surgeries. It also has outpatient operating rooms for these specialities. Across the road from the main hospital, it has a large parking garage attached to it, with free valet parking (please tip!). Staff have been pleasant. The physical surroundings are attractive, spacious, and immaculate. What more could anyone ask for?

  My name is Gustavo Rodriguez and today I had surgery on my left ankle. Since I entered this health center, the care was excellent. All the people who work here, from the receptionists to the nurses who accompanied me until I got into the car to leave, worked with exceptional professionalism. They made me feel very good during my stay and the place is really very well cared for. My congratulations to everyone who works there.
