  Dr. Victorica is wonderful, but he is way overbooked. I’m a longtime patient and was recently told to come back if my problem persisted after 2nd round of antibiotics. Called to schedule follow-up and was told the next available appointment was 2+ months out. (Had same scheduling problem previously.) Had to see NP. Spoke to office supervisor who said, “that’s just how it is.”

  I love this office.When I call on the phone they are very attentive and pleasant. They don’t leave you hanging forever to make an appointment. Dr. Hall is wonderful. She listens and explains and is genuinely interested and compassionate. Her staff are all amazing too. Very polite. I am happy I found this office and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a Dr that doesn’t make you feel like a number. Good work Baptist Health.

  Really good experience at this facility. The support staff and nursing staff are very professional , friendly, and helpful. Dr. Hall is excellent, she really listens and seems dedicated to doing her best for you. Thank you for the care and attention.

  Dr. Victorica is a warm, caring intelligent human being. He’s the best internist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been lucky to have known several awesome doctors.
