  Dr. Rubin was very attentive to my wife and her many needs. She took the time to set her up with other specialists to take care of her needs and and set up scans to monitor her. I am very happy that I have her to care for us.

  My most recent visit was with Dr Deceasres NP. There is a problem with my tests that needs follow up. I was contacted to return for repeat labs. I feel either the Dr or Practoioner should have called me to explain and discuss plan going forward . I reached out and spoke to their RN Anne Marie and she was informative and helpful.

  This is not a review regarding medical care. It’s about responsiveness of staff in the oncology unit in Boca Raton. They ordered bloodwork which I had done at Quest. Something was wrong and 3 tumor tests totaling $531 were denied by Medicare. Quest told me they tried to get more information, But got no reponse from doctor’s office. I called doctor’s office and left 5 messages. I even spoke to a lady named Dena in another department who said she would send a message to the doctor’s team. I even wrote the doctor a letter. I never received a call or email from anyone, so I paid the bill. I appealed the denial to Medicare but have not heard yet.
