Arrived early as requested. Technician explained everything to me and tried to get an IV started, but had a difficult time finding a good vein in my arm. After several attempts, I was ready for the MRI. Everyone was very considerate and took every effort to make sure I was okay during the search for a good vein. I always have this issue, so I was okay. However, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and patience given to me.
Actual procedure great, staff was also very good. Had a 700am appt. Was told be there 645am… no one there at that time , doors are locked…. Open doors at 7 no one at check in desk til 715?….so myself 5 other patients end up waiting a half hour. Just tell scheduling not to tell people to show up if place not opened or staffed!
I had a *nearly* terrific all-around experience (this only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).
The young lady with glasses on the valet parking staff was lovely, and very polite and accommodating. For her, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I was even taken from the waiting area five minutes before my scheduled appt. Granted, I arrived 25 minutes early, but it was still nice to see things operating efficiently.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The CT scan tech, Michelle, and her partner, were excellent, explaining every step of the procedure, and putting me completely at ease. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However, the surly, dour, unkempt, unfriendly young woman at check-in is not a credit to your facility. (.5 ⭐️)
That she is the first person people with potentially life-threatening or debilitating illnesses see when coming in for tests is a shame, because the experience was otherwise, again, *nearly* terrific.

I arrived early for my PET scan. Iwas taken in early. Received the infusion, and commenced my hour wait in a very comfortable reclining chair. At the 55 minute point was taken to the scan room I removed my belt and the coins from my pocket and I laid down. In 10 minutes the scan was completed and I left

I went to the Sandler Building for a chest X-ray. The first time I’ve been there.
The valet boy was very rude to my husband as we went in the exit way because there were cars blocking the correct way to get in. The young little boy made some smart remarks to my husband. We knew we went in the wrong way but he was cocky about telling us. So you need to let the young cocky kids know to have respect to us older folks.
He said you have to park over there and pointed yo an area to park. There were about 5 or 6 valet guys but this young one with the attitude didn’t offer to park our car.
As far as the people working inside they were all very nice and helpful.
