All was excellent until it came time to collect the disc....they knew that I was to take the disc when I left, I waited for about 20 minutes and finally spoke, again, to the front desk and told them that I had to leave and would pick it up the next morning, Thursday. I was assured that it would be there for immediate pick-up. I returned Thursday morning about 10:30AM. THE DISC WAS NOT READY AND I HAD TI WAIT ANOTHER 20 minutes!!!

The worst life experience of my entire existence I arrived at the building before opening and was third or fourth in line as a walk-in. As time passed I noticed others were chosen to see a dentist before me, which was ok because they might have had an appointment except someone who was a walk-in behind me was asked to see the dentist before me and when I inquired at the front desk the secretary was rude and obnoxious to me and told me to wait. I waited patiently but my tooth was hurting so when I went again to the same secretary she refused to answer any of my questions!!! I went to a supervisor who proceeded to call security and I spoke to security and I left in my own choice. My tooth now has progressed to hurt and is down to the nerve and I have to pay almost $900 to have the tooth extracted. I am getting the secretaries name and I’m writing to Florida Governor Desantis about this unless restitution is made. Again, never had this problem and it was the most frustrating and upsetting situation I’ve ever experienced.

I had a good experience. My wait for my test was not long, the waiting room was comfortable, and within a few minutes of my scan I received the disc to take home.
All the personnel were very professional and friendly. I did not have to wait for my MRI. Everything was excellent, except the fact that when I was walking through the halls to get to the suite where I would get the MRI, I could smell a very strong smell of mold mixed with something that may have been cleaning products. I know that mold is very difficult to deal with in South Florida, but in a healthcare building I think it should be a high priority to do everything possible to reduce mold as much as possible. It could be That rags or other cleaning products might be forming mildew and then reused.
