  It took the phlebotomist three times to get blood out of me. And now I’ve got three major bruises in my arm. She needs to go back to school.

  I used to go to a stand up mri but have found Baptist Health Diagnostics. Their attention to the patient and the professionisn us above and beyond.

  Technician was wonderful He help me on the table and made sure I was comfortable He asked me what kind of music I liked and play it on the headphones He kept be abreast of the time each session would He was polite and asked me a few times if I was okay He made the test so much easier for me He is an asset to your staff

  It was raining hard. the day I arrived at 1601 Clint Moore, where I was scheduled to have a chest X-ray. I hadn’t been to that facility for a long time. I'd forgotten how bright and “open” it is. That welcoming feeling was echoed by every staff member I came into contact with . . . The man who registered me was great . . . very communicative and super- good at what he does. He made the registration process really easy. I had to wait only a few minutes before a woman called my name and showed me to the x-ray room. She was friendly and helpful. In the room itself there were two other women, a student (I think) and the x-ray technician. Both of them smiled easily and had a comforting way about them.The technician in charge explained the whole procedure clearly. The procedure Itself took just a few minutes. Every moment of my experience was exceptional. Perfect in every way. I never felt like “just a number.” Whether it was a great training that was responsible for that or great hiring or both, I don’t know, But the result was world -class.
