  First visit and I wasn’t sure where to go. Front desk looked up my info and was able to direct me. Wait was approximately 5 minutes. I was greeted with a smile from the front desk, radiology reception and the tech performing my sono. Everyone was very friendly. The tech asked if I was aware of why the test was requested, explained the process and steps in between. Plus informed me the Dr would have results the same day. Unfortunately I don’t remember names, however it was an excellent experience all around. Thank you. I’d highly recommend.

  For the most part my experience was good. I know how I was initially diagnosed and where I went for all of my tests. I did mix up the name of Diagnostic Centers of America, now Rayus, with Care Diagnostics when speaking with the mammogram technician. She became defensive for lack of a better word when correcting me. This is my cancer journey. Also and again please don’t correct me when I know if I hadn’t had repeat genetic testing as suggested by my gynecologist my cancer would not have been caught. Last year’s mammogram was normal. The genetic testing showed a 21.1% chance of my developing cancer in the next 5 years and that is when my gynecologist suggested further imaging and testing be done. Yes, I was definitively diagnosed through a biopsy, but I don’t need you telling me it wasn’t the genetic testing that got me there. Nobody felt a lump, not even the surgeon and every other doctor who examined me prior to my surgery. So again, don’t tell me genetic testing is not how my cancer was discovered. Trust me I know what I’m talking about.

  The kindest, sweetest people work there! Respectful too! Serene atmosphere! The technician who performed my breast ultrasound was so sweet. I didn’t know to wait for my results and she called me while I was in my car leaving the facility. I must not have heard her tell me to wait after I got dressed. She gave my results over the phone and said they’d be sent to my physician! I’d say excellent facility on patient care!🌻

  I had an exceptional experience at Baptist Health Boca Regional Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The level of professionalism was outstanding, yet it was the warmth and kindness of the staff that truly stood out. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both highly cared for medically and emotionally supported at the same time. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, which added to the overall sense of confidence and trust. You can tell that patient care is a top priority here. I am truly grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend Baptist Health Boca Regional Hospital to anyone seeking excellent medical care with a personal touch.

  Frankly, I have never been treated more efficiently, kindly, quickly, and professionally throughout the Baptist Health System until yesterday for my mammogram at the Lynn Women's Center. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. First of all, the architecture and environment, The waiting rooms, treatment rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The decor is first class, up to the standards of beauty and comfort. The receptionists were kind and calm. They did not act nor look like mad frogs. The nurses and technicians were appropriately friendly, and the tests themselves went smoothly. I was told that the mammogram results would be within 24 hours, and that there was a patient portal through which we could also view our results. True to their word, the results were there- albeit 12 hours later. This is the same model through which all Baptist Health functionaries should extend hospitality and treatment for all their patients, family and aides. I was always told by friends that this Center was unbelievably exceptional. They went so far as to advise that if any service, any tests, any treatment could be done at the Lynn Women's Center, to choose the Lynn Women's Center and nothing else. I'm impressed they were not exaggerating.
