- LCLinda CowanApr 5, 20261.0The admission process did not go well! The secretary would not accept Doctor’s written medical request - insisted a phone call was necessary by Doctor only! Unable to contact Dr since it was after office hours. Bloodwork was done, admission papers were filled out but was not satisfactory. Waited over 6 hours and finally went home by UBA! Note: his written request was admission, surgery - he is affiliated with hospital

The registration staff were friendly, and the triage nurse Celine was very professional and helpful. Nurse Payton and tech Ian were gentle and compassionate. Dr Bello and the ED staff communicated clearly and efficiently cared for me when I felt absolutely awful. I highly recommend Boca Raton Regional Hospital Emergency for advanced emergency care.

- SBSonny BarberMar 31, 20265.0After, paperwork completed I was quickly taken back to have vitals taken and then placed in a room. Mason, a medic, took me back and informed me of what to expect. Dr Goldstein’s PA was very helpful with further explanations of what was to be done. After tests, Dr Goldstein explained results and next steps. All staff were friendly and professional, explaining procedures to be done and why. I was also advised of timeframes for procedures. A hospital volunteer also came by several times to see if needed anything. Lori, the nurse assigned to my case, also brought my wife a cup of coffee—a welcome treat for this mid-morning Sunday.
- MPMara PerdomoMar 29, 20264.0The receptionist, the doctors the radiologist, the radiology technician were all awesome people. Very kind compassionate and professional people. The doctor was very professional and sent me good exams. The nurse was not that nice and also gave me some medicine for pain which my pain was not that high but the medicine put me high. (Not good). I don’t drink and the nurse insisted she needed to put I drink for what it was necessary that made me and my daughter to insist her: “I don’t drink” All my friends know I don’t drink. I don’t like drinking except once per year a glass of wine. Then the nurse said I had to be sincere and my daughter told her SHE DOES NOT DRINK.
