We drove an hour and a half to bring my seven-year-old daughter and six-year-old son to meet their brand-new cousins today, and Boca Raton Regional Hospital turned us away at the door. The staff was unbelievably rude and told us kids under ten aren’t allowed to visit — then called security on us when we asked why. Both of my kids burst into tears and were hysterical because they weren’t allowed to see their new family members after all that driving.
I pulled up Baptist Health’s own published visitation policy that explicitly says they do not discriminate based on age, and when I showed it to the attendant, she dismissed it and claimed it was incorrect. Their own written rules say one thing, their staff says another, and they chose to break two little kids’ hearts over it.
The rude, heartless front desk and security staff completely ruined what should have been a joyful day. It’s a shame such unfeeling people are allowed to represent this hospital. One star.

From the minute, Regina RN called for me in the waiting room I wait for being nervous, very calm, your compassion and empathy madeall the difference. Doctors and nurses came and went from the room. She was always there. Making sure that I understood what was going on, and when it was over, she even took me back to my car. I feel truly blessed to have had her as my nurse
I received outstanding care during recovery in the CVICU. Nurses Cheryl, Jasmine, Lauren, Christa, and Norma delivered the best care — truly second to none. They were highly skilled and professional, but what stood out most was their genuine care and personal attention. They were attentive, communicated clearly, and truly focused on making me comfortable while supporting a strong recovery. Their dedication and real concern made a significant difference and gave myself and my family confidence during this time. We are very grateful. Thank you to Cheryl, Jasmine, Lauren, Christa, Jeremiah and Norma, and the entire CVICU team.

I wanted to give credit to Boca Regional and at its staff for the numerous visits I’ve had. From 3 c-sections throughout the last 12 years and most recently a scheduled hysterectomy I’ve always had wonderful staff assisting me. Of course there’s always little hiccups but anytime a situation arose the staff went above and beyond to make things right. My recent visit for surgery I had such wonderful nurses from pre op to recovery. And when I was admitted to the surgical floor to recover there was no exception to that. I want to give credit to Bella, Adrienne, Marie, Kelin and Dario. They were all so upbeat and professional and they never wavered when presented with tough patients. Thank you all!

I would like to recognize my nurse, Karisa, RN. It’s difficult to find the words to express how much I appreciated her kindness, her patience, her compassion, her attentiveness, her professionalism, and for making my experience more comfortable. It's people like her that make all the difference.
My doctor was Dr. Karin Blumofe. This is the second time I have had her for my hernia surgery and there's a reason why I chose her again. She's not only an amazing surgeon, she's very caring, compassionate and truly listens. Her decision to call my spouse and explain the outcome of the surgery was both impressive and deeply appreciated.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember my anesthesiologist’s name, but I want to give her special thanks—this was the first time I didn’t get very sick. She truly listened to my concerns and followed through, and it made such a difference. Thank you Boca Regional!
