  Staff is wonderful at the center and Dr. Sandripathy is awesome, caring and goes above and beyond. My complaint is the substandard billing practice. The bill never reflects payments made except for balance owed. It only shows insurance. Despite multiple calls they will not post patient payments made, amount and date on the billing statement. This is a very simple thing to do. They offer to send you a receipt but refuse to list it on your actual bill. Seems a bit shady to me!

  I had an urgent need for radiation therapy due to location of cancer. Dr. Sandrapaty and staff started treatment within 2 days of being referred. His staff is polite and professional. Most of all everyone was thoughtful and caring.

  My name is Lenny Mounce Jr, The Last thing you ever want to hear is that you have Cancer. But, after reality sets in you have to figure out how to deal with it , it turned out I had a tumor in my right lung , After researching Stereo Tactic Radiational Therapy & listen to my lung Dr. & finding out it was cancer , I contacted Genessis care, Lung Radiation, Doctor Sandrapaty & Their well trained staff started the fight with me , & A fight it was !! 1 Treatment consisted of actually five trips on the table to be radiated, In August 2023, I also started Key Truda May 10 , 2023 over a period of almost 2.5 years They have radiated me 30 time 6 Treatments, after being put on Key Truda, a Immune Therapy drug Feb 2024 I was cancer free From stage 4 Lung Cancer ! & knock on wood it has stopped coming back, I will see my cancer Dr.Thursday Oct 16, 2025 for the results of our last pet scan. . If it wasn't for this Radiation at Gensis Care & Key Truda & awesome Oncologists here & Florida Cancer Inverness & their wonderfully Staffs I don't know where I would be they help me fight it with the big bullets & I high without question recommend them & Thank Them ,God Bless !! You can do this !! Check out Radiation to work with you it a new day !!

  I had my radiation done at Genesis. Everyone was professional and friendly. I just recommended them to my neighbor for her radiation.

  I recently had radiation treatment at Genesis Care, Dr. Sandrapaty and his team are the best, they are all very caring people who help you thru the treatment like you are part of their family. Any questions or concerns are answered in a way that is easy to understand & follow thru. My husband was also treated here and both of us were very happy with our treatment & thankful to all the wonderful people there. This is the place to go if you need radiation treatment.
