  Place is dirty, employee sprayed heavily scented spray through the hallway giving me a migraine. I waited over an hour past my appointment to actually see the only doctor there. Employees are rude. Horrible place.

  One star is too many, should be zero. This doctor’s office does not concern themselves with patients’ time. They do not honor their appointment times and will make you wait well past your scheduled appointment. My advice is to show up at least 30 minutes after your appointment in hopes that you get seen in maybe another hour or so. Physicians who cannot perform the simple task of time management should not attempt the more challenging task of healthcare. - UPDATE: I rescheduled the above appointment hoping my experience was a fluke. Nope, this doctor does not honor appointment times as this is how they conduct business. I made the new appointment for 9:00 am, when they open, hoping to be seen quickly. There were four people total in the waiting room at 9:00 sharp. They didn’t even start calling names until 9:30. I was one of the first called and was sent to a room in the back. They took my blood pressure and a quick scan. Then they had me come out to a computer so they could ask me a bunch of questions that I already answered on the pre-appointment questionnaire. So another waste of time…do not fill out the questionnaire they send because they don’t use it, they will ask the same questions. When it got to 10:00, a whole hour past my appointment time, I asked what the hold up was. They told me they were waiting on my medical records. The original appointment was made a month ago and they failed to request my records before I got there. Everything about his place screams incompetence, everything. I walked out at that point and I will never return. I have zero confidence that any doctor in that facility can competently handle my medical care. Luckily, there are many other doctors that are competent.

  Sam is great listens and actually cares.also the whole staff is fantastic.
